2011 Traverse Update

To all Traverse Participants:

Packet pickup is scheduled for Wednesday May 11th from 5-7 p.m. at the Irvine Rock n road.

We are encouraging everyone to pick up their number plate and event t-shirt packets on Wednesday, May 11th from 5-7 pm at Rock N Road Bikes in Irvine. This would save all of us tons of time the morning of the event. If you don’t pick your packet up prior on Wednesday you will need to pick it up the day of the race at 6:00 AM.

Rock N Road is located at:

6282 Irvine Blvd
Irvine, CA 92620
949.733.2453

You can have others pick up your packet for you.

SELLING/TRANSFERRING YOUR SPOT IN THE EVENT

We do allow you to sell/transfer your spot.

Once you find someone to buy your spot you must email us with their name and cc them on the email.

Once we get the email from you the person buying your spot (or you) must mail with the application that we will provide a transfer fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund.

It is important to write at the top of the app the name of the person who they are buying the spot from.

Once the app and the transfer fee are received you both will be notified that the transfer has been made. The mailing address is on the app.

The deadline to transfer your spot is April 30th.
